Has anyone managed to installed Slimserver on a NetCenter?

I see the firmware for telnet & IPKG support, but can't see how the install would be done.. I'm a bit of a linux newbie!

Any advice gratefully received.

It is possible to install Firefly or TwonkyMusic.
I dont know if it work with...What Hardware???

I'm trying to install slimserver, so my NAS can be used with Squeezebox without the need to have my pc on. Thanks for the links though - I will have a good read! -p

I've now read all the enclosed links, and a few other forums.. From the information I can gather, the Busybox firmware together with a functioning IPKG would suggest it's technically feasible to install Slimserver (in a similar way to the guides you can find on the net for the Linkstation), but i've yet to get it working, or find anyone else who has attempted this. Is there anyone who has succeeded in installing Slimserver, and is willing to share how they did it?! Thanks again, -p
