Hi!
I hope it is ok for me to write here in english... I just bought a NetCenter because a wanted a NAS with NFS support. To my disappointment I found out that when sharing a NFS share the hole driver patch must be typed ex. "shares/Main/MyShare" and this is stupid and annoying since my TViX cant handle that. Does your FW remove the shares/Main and only show the actual share name in NFS mode? If not, can you add that? Ex. If I create a NFS share and call it tvixhd1 this is how it look and how I would like it to look. Today: 192.168.0.10/shares/Main/tvixhd1 What I want: 192.168.0.10/tvixhd1 I hope you understand what I mean. |

Hello ktd,
It is perfectly normal for NFS exports to specify the full path to be exported. NFS does not know something like a 'share' limited to one string without '/'s. As you wrote it is stupid and annoying that your TViX can't handle it. Your TViX should be fixed, since it does not support NFS in its full. Regards, Frerk |
