If you use dropbear on the WD NetCenter you will notice
that it might work for the first login and but hangs on
a second login. This is caused by the /dev/random device that
blocks when no randomness is available. There is little
in the NetCenter to supply enough entropy for the random
number generator: there's no keyboard and no mouse attached.

I fixed/hacked this by switching to the /dev/urandom device
which is of less quality but works nonetheless.
I hacked the /opt/usr/sbin/dropbear executable by changing the string "/dev/random" in "/dev/urandom" and taking 1 character away from the next string. Very ugly indeed.
Be careful to do this with a proper editor (like emacs).

I hope that someone finds a better solution.
